Pink Ling with Lemon, Lime and Smoked Paprika

150g Pink Ling Fillet or your choice of white fish
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 lemon sliced
1/2 lime sliced
Olive oil
Vine cherry tomatoes

Preheat the oven to 180
Place the fillets into an oven proof tray lined with foil.
Add a drizzle of olive oil to each one, then sprinkle the smoked paprika on top.
Add the sliced lemon and lime.
Add the cherry tomatoes
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the fish is cooked through and has an opaque and translucent look.
Steam the broccolini so it retains a little crunch.
