Popcorn Chocolate Bar Joe Wicks

This is the easiest snack food ever and is so yummy its ridiculous.

Makes 16 squares

Ingredients
1/4 tsp coconut oil
3 tbsp popping corn
Zest of 1 orange
75g butter
75g golden syrup
150g 70% dark chocolate
40g white chocolate

Method
Line a brownie pan with wax paper
Place the coconut oil in a pan with a lid on high heat and add the popping corn. Shake frequently with the lid on to avoid burning the popcorn. When finished set aside.
In a glass bowl over a saucepan with a little water, over medium heat, make sure the water does not touch the bottom of the glass bowl. melt the dark chocolate, golden syrup and butter together until smooth. Remove from the heat and pour in the popcorn.
Mix until completely covered and pour into the prepared tin.
Flatten out with the spatula.
In the microwave melt the white chocolate taking care not to burn it.
Drizzle over the top of the popcorn mixture and then grate over the orange zest.
Place in fridge to set for a few hours and cut into 16 squares.
