Quinoa Sour Dough with Cottage Cheese, Pink Grapefruit , Blueberries and Cinnamon.

Serves 1 😍

2 slices of quinoa sour dough
30g cottage cheese low fat
Half a pink grapefruit flesh cut out
30g blueberries

Toast the bread
Spread the cottage cheese
Add the grapefruit and blueberries
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

I was asked by a rather shocked work colleague today “are you going to eat all that? ” and my response with no hesitation was “yep I certainly am and with no guilt at all” I train hard every single day and my body needs fuel to burn to achieve the things that I can.

Never feel guilty for eating good quality healthy food in the amounts you need!
