BBQ turkey meatball bake

JW Low carb

Serves 1

145g turkey mince
195g tinned tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tsp dark soy
2 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp brown sugar optional (I leave it out)
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
45g mozzarella grated
Handful broccoli or green vegetables.

Roll the turkey mince into 8 equal sized balls add the oil to a fry pan and brown the turkey balls.
Remove from the pan and set aside.
Into the same pan add all the other ingredients apart from the cheese and broccoli.
Bring to the boil then simmer for 8 minutes to reduce and thicken the sauce.
Place the turkey balls into an oven proof dish and pour the sauce on top.
Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for 20 to 30 minutes until meat is cooked and cheese is golden brown.
Steam your broccoli/green veg of choice
Serve together.

This is a delicious recipe, really quick and easy. Make it in bulk and it freezes really well.
