This is a ridiculously good snack idea from the amazing Joe Wicks. The recipe says it actually serves 1 but that’s way to much for me so I split it in to 2 and its more than enough. I have a constant supply in my fridge for when I need something sweet but healthy. Give it a go.
1 sachet light jelly
185g Cottage cheese full fat or coconut yoghurt or greek yoghurt full fat
Mix the jelly according to pkt instructions (this one is 250ml hot water add jelly sachet stir then add 250ml cold water. Leave to cool)
Tip in the cottage cheese or coconut or greek yoghurt and blitz to smooth.
Place in jars or tubs and place in the fridge to set.
Try every flavour of jelly, I love the pineapple jelly with the coconut yoghurt, its like a Pina Colada without the alcohol. Yummy. No more words needed.
