2 tsps white wine vinegar
2 tsps tomato ketchup
2 tsps dark soy sauce
2 tsps hot chilli sauce
1/2 tsp cornflour
Black pepper
1/2 white onion peeled and chopped into large pieces
100g paneer cut in to bitesize cubes
1 clove garlic crushed
1/2 green capsicum
1 green chilli sliced
Method
Mix together the vinegar, ketchup, soy and hot chilli sauce.
Fry the onion and capsicum in a little coconut oil until softened then add the paneer.
Stir through gently the pour the sauce over.
Allow to bubble for a few minutes and serve.
Use haloumi if you do not like paneer.
