Breakfast Bagel

Ingredients

60g smoked salmon
2 eggs
1 egg white
2 tsp chopped chives
1 bagel
1 tbsp greek yoghurt
2 tsps hot sauce

Toast the bagel.
Spread the top and base with the yoghurt and then add the hot sauce
Whisk the eggs and egg whites together, add the chives and scramble in a non stick fry pan. No oil needed.
Add the spinach.
Add the scrambled egg on top and top with the smoked salmon.
