Key lime pie bliss balls

Ingredients
120g cashews nuts natural
60g shredded coconut
10 medjool dates deseeded
1 tsp vanilla paste
Juice and zest 1 large lime (thanks Tash)
Extra coconut for rolling

Blitz everything together and roll into equal sized balls.
Roll through the extra coconut.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
