1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1/2 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
1/4 cup coconut flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup shredded coconut plus extra for rolling
1/4 cup 100% maple syrup
1 tsp coconut oil
Blend all together, roll into balls and roll in coconut.
Place in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
