Cashew and Honey Waffles with Yoghurt and Blueberries

Ingredients
25g natural cashew nuts blitzed to cashew meal
20g rolled oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
45ml unsweetened almond milk
Pinch of salt
3 tsps raw honey
1 tbsp greek yogurt
70g blueberries fresh or frozen

Method
Blitz the oats,cashew meal,baking powder, salt, egg and almond milk together until smooth.
Place in your waffle maker, cook until golden brown and serve with the honey, blueberries and yoghurt.

Can be made as pancakes in a dry fry pan if you do not have a waffle maker.
