Nut Butter and Jelly Muffins

This is a recipe that I have for a quick breakfast on the run. Usually its a smoothie, but I changed it up for muffins as a change. Try it 😀

One mix is 1 serve and it makes 3 good size muffins.
To make the smoothie add everything to a blender with ice. Delicious either way.

60g frozen raspberries
25g protein powder
125ml unsweetened almond milk
20g rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
35g 100% nut butter
80g greek yoghurt full fat

Mix together all the ingredients EXCEPT the greek yoghurt.
Place into muffin cases and bake until cooked through, this takes anywhere from 40 to 55 minutes oven depending.
Press them with your finger to make sure they are cooked through.
Serve warm with the greek yoghurt.
