Coconut and Chia Breakfast Bowl

90ml light coconut milk
15g white chia seeds
20g rolled oats
25g vanilla protein powder
110g peaches fresh, chopped
2 tsps raw honey
1 tsp mixed spice
10g flaked almonds
Splash of water

Method
In a small saucepan, add the chopped peaches, honey , mixed spice and splash of water.
Cook on medium heat until the fruit has softened and the liquid has thickened slightly.
Add everything else into a bowl and mix together.
Place into a bowl and leave for at least 15 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
Allow the fruit to cool completely then add a tbsp on top of the coconut and chia bowl and the flaked almonds.
Demolish.
