Ingredients
â–ª1 cup cottage cheese
â–ª1/3 cup plain flour
â–ª3 eggs
â–ª2 tbsps vegetable oil
Method
â–ªMix all the ingredients together and fry using an olive oil spray, just a little.
â–ªUse a 1/4 cup per pancake when you see bubbles appear flip over and cook the other side.
â–ªServe with pure maple syrup, manuka honey or even a squeeze of lemon juice with natural yoghurt and fresh berries.
