300g cooked prawns peeled and de veined
4 spring onions
1 red chilli roughly chopped
2 garlic cloves
Ginger approx 10cm chunk less if preferred
2 tbsp plain flour.
Blitz the ginger, garlic, spring onions and chilli together then add the prawns and blitz on pulse so it does not become mush.
Shape into patties and place in fridge for at leeway an hour to rest.
Fry in a little vegetable oil and serve with salad and mint, yoghurt and cucumber dressing.
