Ingredients
20g chopped kale
60g baby spinach
500ml unsweetened almond milk
2 chopped kiwi fruit plus 1 to decorate
1 tbsp buckinis
1 tsp chia seeds
1tsp almond butter
100g raspberries
1 tbsp coconut flakes
Method
Blend together the spinach, kale, almond butter, chia seeds and 2 chopped kiwi fruit.
Pour into two bowls.
Slice the kiwi fruit and decorate with the raspberries, buckinis and coconut.
