Dark Chocolate, Apricot and Almond fudge.

00g dark chocolate
1 x 395g can unsweetened condensed milk
3 teaspoons butter
150g chopped dried apricots + extra for decoration
150g flaked almonds + extra for decoration

Line a tray with wax paper
Melt the butter, chocolate and condensed milk together until smooth.
Cut the apricots into small pieces and add to the chocolate mix with the almonds and mix well.
Add more apricots and almonds on top.
Pour into the lined tray and place in the fridge for 4 hours at least to set.
Cut and enjoy. Share if you want ☺
