Sausage and Paprika Spaghetti

hose of you that have followed cook eat yum for a while will know that my friends bought me a pasta maker for my recent birthday.
This dish is literally thrown together in 15 minutes from scratch ( this includes making the pasta with this machine 😁) or less with packet pasta. A great way to use up leftovers in the fridge too.

2 medium onions, chopped
5 ready cooked sausages sliced
3 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp minced garlic
4 tbsp olive oil, mild.
Salt and ground black pepper

Boil the pasta in salted water as per packet instructions
In a large fry pan add the olive oil, sausage, onion and garlic and cook on medium heat until the onions are soft and the sausage has heated through. Add the paprika stir through and season with salt.
Drain the pasta and add to the fry pan, and stir through.
Serve with a good twist of cracked black pepper.
