16 Ferrero Rocher
300g nutella spread
100g dark chocolate
200g dark brown sugar
115g plain flour
2 tsps cocoa powder
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Line the brownie tray with wax paper
Mix together the eggs and brown sugar until pale and doubled in size.
Microwave the nutella to soften slightly 30 seconds is fine. Add to the egg/sugar mixture. Whip until well combined.
Melt the dark chocolate and add to the mixture.
Finally add the flour and fold through until just combined, try not to over mix.
Pour into the prepared tray keeping 1/4 cup of the mix to one side.
Add the Ferrero Rocher and use the remaining mix to cover them.
Bake for 35 minutes and leave to cool.
Slice and devour 🎅🎅❤
