Ingredients
1kg chicken wings
Olive oil
Cracked black pepper
Cracked himalayan pink salt
Preheat the oven to 200°C
Prepare a baking tray by sitting a cooling rack inside it. This method makes crispy wings every time as it keeps them from laying in the fat that drips off.
Drizzle olive oil onto each wing and massage it in to the whole wing front and back using your hands.
Lay the wings onto the rack and add the cracked salt and pepper on front and back (I also do this using the lemon and pepper seasoning to change things up, it is delicious)
Place the wings into the oven and bake for around an hour turning over half way to ensure they are crispy each side. It may take up to 90 minutes oven depending. Keep a watchful eye.
