Nut Butter Hummus

6 tablespoons nut butter
2 tins chick peas, drsined
Juice 2 lemons
2 cloves garlic
4 to 6 tablespoons greek/soy yoghurt
Peanuts for decoration
Pinch of salt to taste

Blitz everything together until smooth, start with 4 tablespoons of yoghurt and add more if needed.
Serve with chips, bread sticks or veggies.

If you prefer not to use yoghurt, you can add more lemon juice or add olive oil as a substitute, just enough to reach the desired consistency.
