Vegan Lime and Blueberry Cake

110g caster sugar
210g self raising flour
1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
Juice and zest 1 large lime
200ml macadamia milk

Heat oven to 170°C
Line your loaf tin with butter and flour to prevent sticking.
Mix all ingredients together, pour into prepared tin and bake for 50 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
Leave to cool in tin.

To change it up I also made a Cherry and Lemon one just substitute the fruit in same amount and swap lime for lemon.
