Saag Paneer

Ingredients
100g Paneer cheese, cubed
150g baby spinach
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 onion, finely sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
15g grated fresh ginger
2 tsp olive oilMethod
Add the oil into a fryng pan on medium heat.
Add the paneer and cook until coloured, golden brown, remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the other tsp oil and fry the garlic and onion and ginger until soft. Add the garam masala and turmeric, stir to cover everything.
Microwave the spinach to wilt and squeeze out all the water. Chop roughly and add to the onion and garlic.
Add the spinach and paneer and heat through.
Serve with 2 poppadums.
