Chocolate Orange Bliss Balls

Ingredients
300g macadamia nuts
11/3 cup dessicated coconut
1 tablespoon white chia seeds
Zest of 1 Orange
2 tablespoons cacao powder
30g melted butter
Pinch salt
2 tablespoons xylitol

Method
Place the chia seeds in a small bowl and add 2 tablespoons of water. Stir and set aside for 5 minutes until the water has been absorbed.
Into a food processor add everything else and blitz to a sand like texture, using a pulsing motion.
Use a tablespoon measurement and roll into balls.
Use extra coconut to roll them through if desired.
Place in an airtight container in the fridge.
Yum, seriously yum!!
