Banana Bread with White Choc Chips

265g self raising flour
40g plain flour
1 tsp ground cinnammon
2 eggs, lightly beaten
125ml skim milk
50g butter, melted and cooled
1 cup light brown sugar
2 medium ripe bananas
200g white choc chipsMethod
Line a loaf tin with wax paper, preheat the oven to 180°C
Sift together the flours, sugar and cinnamon.
Mix together the eggs, milk and melted butter, add the mashed bananas. Mix.
Pour the wet mix over the dry mix and fold in until the flour is just mixed in. Try not to over mix or the bread will be tough.
Pour into the prepared tin, pour the choc chips on top and stir in with a skewer.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until skewer comes out clean.
Slice and serve once cooled.
