Homemade Tzatziki

Ingredients

2 garlic cloves, grated

5 tablespoons full fat greek yoghurt

1 cucumber, deseeded and grated, excess water squeezed out.

Juice 1 lemon

Salt and black pepper

Method

Mix everything together, cover and leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Serve with raw veggies or homemade flatbreads. You will never want to buy it again 😉
