This can also be cooked on the BBQ but for ease and speed I used a dry fry pan.Ingredients2 cups full fat greek yoghurt4 cups plain flour6 teaspoons baking powderPinch of saltMethodAdd the flour, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl. Stir well and make a well in the centre.Add the greek yoghurt and using your hands bring into a ball.Place onto a clean work surface and knead for a few minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.Wrap in cling film and rest on the side for 20 to 30 minutes.Divide into 8 equal portions and roll into a circle with a rolling pin.Place a frying pan on medium heat for a minute then add the rolled flat bread. Once the top bubbles turn it over for a minute or so until browned.Cut into 4 pieces and continue until all the dough has been used.Serve with dips.YUM
