Quick, easy and ridiculously good, add this one to your dip collection, you will be glad that you did 😋
300g fresh beetroot (pre packaged is fine but not pickled. For fresh beetroot just boil until soft then cool and peel)
200g full fat greek feta
Dash of olive oil
2 tablespoons full fat sour cream
Blitz all together until smooth season with black pepper, no salt needed as the feta is salty.
Serve with flat breads, crackers or veggies.
