Tandoori Roast Chicken

Ingredients
1 whole chicken
Tandoori paste (store bought or homemade whichever you have time for)
Fresh CorianderPlace the chicken in an oven proof dish and coat well with the tandoori paste.
Roast as per packet instructions then sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves.
Let rest for 15 minutes, then slice and serve.
