1 whole butternut squash, chopped into small pieces with the skin on
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Mix together the thyme, onion powder, garlic and black pepper. Add the butternut squash to the airfryer and add the olive oil on top. Mix well to coat all the pieces then add the herb mixture. Mix again and turn on the airfryer. Cook as per your machine instructions, this took 40 minutes on 160 °C.
