No Yeast Naan Bread 2 ways Chilli and Coriander and Plain

Ingredients

500g plain flour

500g full fat greek yoghurt

4 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 large red chilli with seeds

1 bunch fresh coriander, chopped finely

Method

In a large bowl, add the flour, salt, baking powder and yoghurt and mix together until a dough ball forms.

Place onto a clean work surface and need for a few minutes until soft and smooth, 2 to 3 minutes.

Cut into two halves. Take one half and roll it into the chilli and coriander, need it in until all has been incorporated.

Roll back into a ball and divide into 8. ( this makes 8 small naan so divide into 4 if you want them bigger)

Do the same with the other half of the plain dough.

Sprinkle extra flour onto the work surface and roll each of the 8 balls into an oblong naan shape. Shake off the excess flour.

In a dry frying pan on medium heat, cook the naan on one side until bubbles form then flip over.

Repeat until all are cooked.

Serve with your fav curry😋😋😋

Change up the flavours and add garlic or brush with Garlic butter just before you serve them.
